August 1st - Good Morning! Please meet in the grassy area by the “Hulbert Staff Parking Only” signs by 945 this morning. The WFF volunteers are outside welcoming/organizing swimmers by the main door and we’ll meet off to the east of them to give gear out-close to the park/playground. At 10am when the athletes have their picture/check in, parents can wait inside the HAC, athletes will meet with them after the picture and warm ups.
There will be a team meal at the Hampton Inn and Suites tonight. Food will be ready at 6. The address is 4776 Agassiz Crossing S.

There will be NO team practice on Wednesday. Please practice with your home clubs as you have been.
We will begin our check in at the Hulber Aquatic Center (The HAC) at 945am on Thursday August 1st. Please be punctual as we need to hand out Team ND gear including clothing, suits and caps and be lined up for our GROUP picture by 1015. Your athlete will need to be in their team suit with a Team ND tshirt and BLACK shorts on before this time. They will be given the tshirt and suit. Immediately following the team picture will be the first Team ND practice at the HAC. All athletes swimming in the initial 2024 Zone session on Thursday will need to be back to the pool and on deck by 1:15pm. The Thursday session events include the Mixed 11/12 and 13/14 200 Medley Relay; 11/12 and 13/14 400 IM and 11/12 1500 Free.
We want the most amount of athletes to be able to participate in a group meal and activity (still crossing my fingers on that group activity). We will know more of the time line and what we are able to do after the coaches meeting on Tuesday evening. We are planning for a meal at least at the team hotel on Friday between prelims and finals. The 9-10 year olds will be having a team meal/activity on Friday after their session. More details to follow, but please keep that time free!
The ND LSC does not provide the team picture, $20 will be added to the charges billed to your home club. The team photo will then be given to Coach Alex and we will get it to you from there.

Coaches Alex, Erich, Annelisse and Andrea are preparing for the 2024 Central Zone Championships in August! Please reach out to Coach Alex or Sara Wolff (Sr Vice Chair) with questions or concerns! We're all excited for a fast meet, in our home state!!
Alex has emailed the list of swimmers to all parents, if you have not recieved this please reach out!
COST: $200 fee will be charged to your home club for you to then pay them. This fee covers the athlete's entry fee, coaching for the weekend, Team ND gear and one meal.
Hotel, transportation expenses and food expenses are the responsibility of individual families that accept the invitation to participate with 2024 Team ND - Zone Championship Meet.
